"Pay to provider" feature: When you log in to file a claim from your FSA, you can check the "Pay to Provider" box, give us some information about your provider, and a check will be sent to your health care provider.
If you make payments not specified on your contract (e.g., late payment fees, an extra amount to pay off the total early), your claim may be denied.
